Hi everyone,

Recently my daughter turned One Year Old.

It blows my mind that Victoria was born a whole year ago. So much has happened since then.

At my daughter’s first birthday (called a dol in the Korean language), she was a crazy entertainer as she did her doljabi, which is a tradition where she grabs an item that indicates her true destiny. Check it out on YouTube by clicking the image below, it’s hilarious!

During the celebration, I reflected on where I was with my blog, NewDadHacks.com. I initially wanted to have a site where I can write for guys who just had a kid. But during Victoria’s birthday party, I realized I wanted to continue on with blogging about my experiences as a father.

So, after the launch of my how-to baby book for guys, I decided to re-christen my blog as ADadsGuide.org. I wanted to have a site where I can continue to blog about dadhood.

I have some big plans on the horizon…

First of all, I want to fix my damn site.

ADadsGuide.org is broken in a few places. It is heavily under construction.

Fully converting everything will take awhile, so I appreciate everyone’s patience!

Under Construction

ADadsGuide.org is Under Construction, so please bear with me!

Second, I am about to launch my second book, “A Dad’s Guide to Great Sleep”.

A Dad's Guide to Great Sleep

Sleep is the Final Frontier for a lot of dads.

As children grow up, there are further challenges that place stress on every father: what school does my kid go to? These bills are piling up… How am I going to get everything done on time? The baby’s crying again… Goddamn it…

All that stress and pressure leads down the path to Crappy Sleep or No Sleep.

“A Dad’s Guide to Great Sleep” breaks it down into easy steps to get to what I call Great Sleep.

What is Great Sleep? It has the following characteristics:

  • Great Sleep arrives at approximately the same time, every night.
  • Great Sleep is easy to fall into.
  • Great Sleep is unbroken, allowing for natural regeneration cycles of the brain to run their course whilst slumbering.
  • Great Sleep ends after 6.5-8 hours, depending on the individual’s needs.
  • Great Sleep energizes the self physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Sign up for my newsletter (I know, it’s still an NDH signup, but I’m working on it…) and get a chance to get a FREE copy of “A Dad’s Guide to Great Sleep”!

I use every technique in my new book.

When I follow the advice in this book, I sleep like a baby. When I stop, then I become a zombie insomniac. This stuff works really, really well.

Third, I will start working on Post Themes.

What I mean by Post Themes is that I want to start publishing series of posts that are related by a theme.

I will be posting about Great Sleep, because that’s on my mind these days. But I want to get into concepts like:

  • Building Flywheels for things in your life like Energy, Focus, and Calm.
  • The Upward Spiral of Family Harmony, Stability, and Happiness.
  • Exploring the Spectrum of Career Destiny, Family Time, Investments, and Freedom.
  • The Elastic Band of Spare Time.

These ideas are spinning in my head all the time, and I want to get them all out of my head and into blog form. I hope you will join me in hashing all this stuff out!

So, here we go! ADadsGuide.org is officially a thing.

Please feedback to me what you would like to see in this new(ish) blog. We’re Beyond Baby now, so let’s see how far the rabbit hole goes!

‘Till next time.

-Anthony
